Join us Wednesday, February 28th at 7pm for the world premiere table-read of the hilariously irreverent play The First Leon written by Centenary’s Bethany Buck. This is a heartwarming story of two devoted Drag Queens, enjoying their afterlife, when they are sent back to Earth on a mission to affirm the historical narrative of “followers on the fringe.” Jesus would definitely have hung out with these two!

The reading will take place in the Centenary downstairs classroom. Price of admission is one or more non-perishable food items for the Community Pantry. A feedback session will be held directly after the table-read to assist the playwright with script development. Come enjoy a night of laughter and comradery with Centenary and Community Performers during the reading of The First Leon.
